Any unprocessed transactions will be canceled by the merchant within 5 to 7 working days, and it will take the bank at least 4 to 5 working days to process them.

You’ll receive a notification once the refund is credited to your account.
Please note that the merchant must initiate the refund before the funds can be credited to your account.

In some cases, merchants may take up to 15 working days to process the refund.
