Yes, additional holds are applied to payments at hotels and petrol stations. This is due to a new requirement from our banking partner.

Certain merchant categories, such as hotels and petrol stations, often process transactions where the final amount exceeds the initial authorization. Additionally, exchange rate fluctuations at the time of settlement may cause slight variations in the final amount.

Rest assured, any extra charges will be deducted from the hold amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your account within 7–8 working days. This is only a temporary hold, and the refund will be processed automatically. You'll be notified via email once the refund is processed.
