How to Complete KYC on the Cypher App
Open the Cypher App
Launch the Cypher app on your device.
Connect or Create a Wallet
Connect your existing wallet, or
Create a new wallet using:
Email signup, or
Google (Gmail) login
Verify your login using the OTP code sent to your email.
Go to the Card Page
After logging in, navigate to the Card section in the app.
Start the KYC Process
Click on Apply / Verify Identity to begin the KYC process.
Submit Personal Information
Enter your personal details exactly as shown on your official documents.
Upload Verified Documents
Upload a government-issued ID (passport, national ID, or driver’s license).
Make sure the document is clear, valid, and readable.
Complete Live Face Verification
After uploading documents, complete live face verification (liveness check).
Take a selfie or short video as instructed.
Ensure good lighting and remove hats, masks, or sunglasses.
Submit and Proceed With Verification
Review all information.
Submit your application to proceed with the verification process.
Wait for Approval
Your KYC application will be reviewed.
You’ll be notified once it’s approved or if additional action is required.
