Within the Cypher Card user interface, you'll find an option labeled "Move funds." Select this to transfer your funds from your old Mastercard to your new Visa card. Please note that once initiated, this transfer is irreversible. If you're still using your physical Mastercard, we strongly recommend waiting until you receive your NEW physical Visa card before initiating the fund transfer.
